Daren Cassani

Daren started Top Hat Entertainment in 1996 with Damon Brink and Scott LeCours.  Damon and Scott previously worked at Supersounds DJ company, and Daren ran his own small DJ business.  In 2004, Daren's wife Jennifer Cassani bought out Scott LeCours' share of the business, as Scott decided to concentrate on other endeavors.  Daren still DJs quite often, especially playing music at many Vermont weddings throughout the year.

Michael Detch

Although he began DJing in college, Mike began working for Top Hat in 1997, and is one of Top Hat's most veteran employees.  He continues to be a very popular DJ, both at weddings and school dances. 

Nick Stryker

Nick handles a lot of Top Hat's weddings and events in the southern portion of Vermont.  He began his DJ career with Peak DJ Company, before beginning his own entertainment business.  Top Hat Entertainment was lucky enough to have Nick begin working with us in 2005.

Drew Moshovetis

Drew began working for Top Hat in 1999 and has been very versatile, as he has DJed everything from school dances and corporate functions to weddings.

Jason Ferreira

Jason is Top Hat's most veteran employee, as he has DJed for the company since its inception in 1997.  Now a partner in a lawyer firm, Jason DJs primarily in the summer for weddings and parties.

Rob Jones

Rob has been one of our full-time DJs since he came to Top Hat Entertainment in 1999.  He gained several years of experience while working for Supersounds DJ Company, and his popularity has made him one of our busiest DJs!

Jennifer Cassani

Jennifer became an owner of Top Hat Entertainment in 2004, and is an integral part of our business, working also as the office manager and making sure all of the details are in place for each event.

Mark Thon

Mark started is DJ career in 1982 with The Music Revue DJ Service, and worked there until he bought the company in 1986.  Mark also worked for a time at Supersounds DJ company, both as a DJ and in an administrative role at the office.  He came to Top Hat Entertainment in 2005, and currently works in the Top Hat office, while also DJing many of our events and weddings.

Michael Moshovetis

Although Michael, known by most as 'Mojo', does not DJ as much since his family has grown, he has been one of our most popular DJs since he began with Top Hat in 1997.  He also served as our office manager for a couple of years, in the late-1990s.

Michael Wojcik

Michael has a very extensive background in the music industry.  His experience ranges from playing in several bands to owning and operating his own recording studio in Chicago.  Since Michael began with Top Hat Entertainment in 2005 he has specialized in a wide variety of events from corporate functions to wedding receptions.

Jeremy Asarese

Jeremy currently works at Top Hat in several capacities; he serves as our inflatables office manager, while also working many events each week.  A versatile DJ, Jeremy can be seen at various events, from Top Hat's Trivia Mania nights to weddings.

Diego Reyes

Diego moved to Vermont in 2005, and brought his years of DJ experience from South Carolina and Colorado with him when he began working for Top Hat Entertainment.

Steve Maestas

After beginning his DJ career just out of high school with Black Tie Entertainment, for which he both DJed and worked as the office manager, he began working for Top Hat Entertainment.  Steve has been one of our longest employees, working with Top Hat since 1998, and providing entertainment at weddings and parties for years.

Scott LeCours

Scott began his DJ career with Supersounds DJ company when he was in high school, and decided to pursue a business of his own in 1996, when he joined Damon Brink and Daren Cassani in forming Top Hat Entertainment.  A native of Underhill, Vermont, Scott now DJs weddings and parties throughout the year.

Tim Leclair

Tim began DJing for Top Hat Entertainment in 1999 while putting himself through pre-medical school.  He recently was accepted into medical school at the University of Vermont, but still DJs several weddings and events throughout the summer.

Jaimie Kraimer

Jaimie came to Top Hat Entertainment bringing with him his years of musical experience and business ownership. He has played with several rock bands in the Burlington area and currently plays upright bass for The Winding Road.  Jaimie owns The Cobblestone Deli on Burlington’s waterfront.  You can find Jaimie at school dances, corporate events, and many private parties and weddings.
