The Top Hat DJ's want to make your party a success! If you have any special requests, games or announcements, please list them in the space provided.

Payment is due the night of the eventCancellation Clause: Any cancellation without (30) days prior notice is subject to full payment. If any event is cancelled due to an act of Nature, or for any other reason, full payment is still due, however, Top Hat Entertainment will perform on a substitute date, anytime within the current school year, to compensate for the cancellation.

Upon receipt of this contract, Top Hat Entertainment will review it and then return a copy to the contact person. NO SHOW IS CONSIDERED BOOKED UNTIL the client receives a copy of the contract from Top Hat Entertainment.

If a function is held outside, a tent or shelter must be provided for the DJ and all the equipment.
